CERVARENT organises and showcases the Faculty’s research: 17 research units, 59 research axes, researchers, projects, publications and events, with AI-assisted report generation. Deployed on the University’s own servers.
The need
Information about research units was scattered across memos, forms and spreadsheets. One memo listed only 15 of the 17 units, and an online form had received just 3 answers. The Faculty could neither present its research reliably nor produce annual reports without weeks of manual work.
What we built
A single authoritative reference dataset, automatically checked in CI, and a web platform where every unit, axis, researcher, publication and event has its own page. An AI service reads uploaded documents and drafts activity reports. Everything runs as Spring Boot microservices with one database per service.
The outcome
The Faculty now has a public showcase of its research on its own domain, plus an internal tool to follow scientific output. More than 218 researchers and members are listed.
